RECONNECTING WITH HONG KONG

After a year of political tension and COVID uncertainties, HSBC needed to reconnect with Hong Kongers and show its commitment to serving the local community.

We turned to our customers from across the city's 15 districts and let them tell their own honest, thought-provoking stories. Each film was made in a vertical format to mimic a video call, creating an immersive experience across social platforms that, alongside scrollable content and mini games, turned HSBC into a living, breathing library of real Hong Kong stories.
