Buji Ng is a highly passionate and results-driven creative leader with extensive experience in the advertising industry. From the outset of her career, Buji has been determined to harness the power of words and concepts to ignite ideas, shape trends, and deliver positive impact.
Her dedication and perseverance have been consistently recognized through multiple prestigious advertising awards and a track record of highly successful campaigns for major international and local clients. Throughout her career, Buji has vividly demonstrated outstanding creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership in an ever-evolving landscape.
As a Group Creative Director, Buji has led and driven business growth with major campaigns for clients including HSBC, Coca-Cola, Asia Miles, Mass Transit Railway (MTR), Prudential, New World Development, Henderson Land, and leading brands from the Dairy Farm Group, Procter & Gamble, and Kimberly-Clark. Prior to 2008, she honed her expertise at several leading multinational advertising agencies, including Grey HK and Leo Burnett, working across a broad spectrum of international and local brands.
Buji's industry leadership is further evidenced by her appointment as Chairman for the Kam Fan Awards (HK4As) in 2019, and her selection as a juror for the LIA Chinese Creativity Awards and The One Club for Creativity Young Ones Awards. She has also contributed to the next generation of talent as a Part-Time Lecturer in Hong Kong Baptist University's School of Communications, specializing in Luxury and Services Branding and as an Advisory Group Member for the Master of Science in Marketing for the Creative Economy Programme.
Looking ahead, Buji is confident that creativity will continue to thrive through an inquisitive mind, fresh perspectives, and the embrace of innovative channels and technologies. She is determined to be a game-changer and a trendsetter, constantly challenging herself to mobilize change, achieve recognition, and earn respect within the industry and beyond.
